【摘 要】 近年来，癌症的发病率在不断上升，疼痛是癌症患者的一个最常见的主要症状。据统计，癌症患者中30%～50%伴有不同程度的疼痛。在有癌痛的患者中，50%伴有中等程度或剧烈的疼痛，30%的患者有剧烈或难以忍受的疼痛。癌痛，限制患者的活动，减少食欲，影响睡眠，严重的会产生焦虑、恐惧、抑郁等不同程度的精神障碍，给家庭增添精神压力，增加经济负担。因此，癌痛护理有很大的临床和社会意义。
