【摘 要】 探讨术前脱水对椎管内麻醉患者右美托咪定入睡剂量影响。方法：择期成年椎管内麻醉患者60例，根据其术前脱水状态分为对照组及脱水组，记录患者体重及入睡右美托咪定静脉注射用量。结果：脱水组入睡所需右美托咪定单位体重用量少于对照组。结论：术前脱水者应减少体重右美托咪定用量。
