【摘要】 目的 本文根据世界卫生组织建议的高血压病判别标准，简要叙述了高血压病的概况，着重对抗高血压药物进行详细的分类，并列举出常用的降血压药，从药理作用、机理、应用和不良反应方面进行了较详细的分析和对比，最后提出了抗高血压药物的选用原则，给高血压患者用药予指导性建议。

 Summarize medicine choice for anti-high blood pressure

 [ Abstract ] ObjectiveThis article gives a brief account of hypertension referring to the diagnosis criteria suggested by WHO.It focuses on the classification of medication for lowering high blood pressure, and lists all the medicines used universally. It analyses in detail and makes comparisons from the perspectives of pharmacology, texture, application and sick reaction after taking medicine, and finally proposes the selection principles of anti-hypertension medication, instructing the patients on taking medicine.
