【摘 要】妊娠合并主动脉夹层病情危重，发展迅速，严重威胁母婴生命。术后更需要包括心脏外科，重症监护，妇产科的多学护理团队协作。本文通过对1例妊娠晚期合并急性Debakey I型主动脉夹层的术后护理进行探讨，总结护理经验，以期对临床护理工作提供指导。
