【摘要】 目的：总结宫外孕出血患者的急救与护理经验，提高救治成功率。方法：回顾46例宫外孕出血患者的临床和护理资料，并加以分析。结果：通过给予患者迅速补充血容量、给氧，积极做好术前准备，严密观察患者的病情等急救护理措施，患者均全院出院。结论：配合医生做好宫外孕出血患者的抗休克治疗、严密观察病情和积极做好术前准备，为挽救患者生命争取宝贵时间，是护理的重点。
