【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜脾切除术的护理方法和效果。方法：回顾分析应用腹腔镜行脾切除手术治疗的68例患者的临床护理资料。结果：68例腹腔镜脾切除术， 均获得了成功，所有患者均未发生出血、感染等并发症。结论：科学、系统的护理干预是保证腹腔镜脾脏切除术手术顺利进行及患者康复的有力保障。

【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the nursing method and effect of laparoscopic splenectomy. Method： retrospective analysis of clinical nursing data of 68 patients underwent laparoscopic splenectomy operation treatment. Results： 68 cases of laparoscopic splenectomy， were successful， and all patients were without bleeding， infection and other complications. Conclusion： nursing science， system is a guarantee of laparoscopic splenectomy operation smoothly and the recovery of patients..
