【摘要】 目的：分析患者恶心呕吐的病因，以便开展临川诊断治疗。方法：分析消化内科70例出现恶心呕吐症状的患者的具体病因。结果：恶心呕吐现象大多数是由于反流性食管炎以及功能性消化不良所引起的。结论：对于出现恶心呕吐症状的患者需要及时对症下药进行治疗，直至症状有所好转和消失。

【Abstract】 Objective ：Analysis of the causes of patients with nausea and vomiting， in order to carry out the diagnosis and treatment of Linchuan.Methods ：Analysis of specific causes gastrointestinal Department of internal medicine 70 cases showed symptoms of nausea and vomiting in patients.Results：Nausea and vomiting phenomenon is mostly due to reflux esophagitis and functional dyspepsia caused by.Conclusion：For the emergence of symptoms of nausea and vomiting patients need timely an antidote against the disease treatment， until the symptoms improved and disappeared.
