【摘要】 目的：探讨高频电刀(LEEP)治疗宫颈疾病的临床效果。 方法对我院妇产科2010年1—2013年7月收治的行LEEP刀治疗的98例宫颈疾病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 术后3个月复查，治愈95例(96.6%)，有效3例(3.4%)，总有效率100%，平均手术时间8min，平均出血量7ml，随访观察3个月，均未见明显术后并发症。结论，LEEP手术对宫颈疾病，尤其对宫颈癌的早期诊断有确定的临床价值，值得广泛应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the high frequency electricity knife (LEEP) clinical effect in treatment of cervical diseases. The clinical data of 98 cases of patients with cervical diseases underwent LEEP knife method in our hospital from 2010 1 - 2013July were retrospective analysis of treatment. Results 3 months after operation， 95 cases were cured (96.6%)， effective in 3 cases (3.4%)， the total efficiency of 100%， the average operation time was 8min， average bleeding volume 7ml， follow-up of 3 months， there were no obvious postoperative complications.
