【摘要】 Apelin是一种通过APJ受体起作用的新型肽。目前Apelin-APJ在心血管系统中的作用受到广泛关注。最初的研究表明Apelin-APJ具有扩张血管及正性肌力的作用，随着研究的深入，发现Apelin在心衰，高血压及心肌缺血等疾病的发生发展过程中可能起着一定的作用，提示Apelin可能是一种内源性的心血管保护物质.
