【摘要】 目的：探讨灯盏花素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛(Unstable angina，UA)的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我科确诊的68例不稳定型心绞痛患者临床资料，随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上辅以灯盏花素注射液治疗，对比两组患者治疗的临床疗效。结果：加用灯盏花素注射液能明显提高治疗有效率和患者的运动耐量。降低血浆比黏度和纤维蛋白原。结论：灯盏花素注射液对不稳定型心绞痛发挥重要的治疗作用。值得临床推广。
