【摘要】目的 ：探讨剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床方法及效果；方法 ：将2013年1月至2014年1月在我院行剖宫产术的128例患者，随机分为观察组64例(剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术)和对照组64例(单纯行剖宫产术)，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果；结果 ：观察组手术时间与对照组比较明显较长，两组相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；结论 ：妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者在剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术安全性较好，具有可行性。
