【摘要】银屑病发生与遗传、感染及免疫功能下降等因素有密切关系，本文探讨了地域差异、城乡差异及温湿度对银屑病患者的影响，认为患者心理、饮食和运动对银屑病的发展及转归有很大影响，积极的心理干预、合理饮食和体育锻炼措施对银屑病患者常规治疗有事半功倍的效果。

 The influence of environmental factors on the patients with psoriasis and its nursing measures

 【Abstract】psoriasis has intimate connection with occurrence and infection and immunity geneticand and so on, etc.This essay discuss areal variation，the difference between urban and rural areas，the temperature and humidity have an influence on psoriatic. That has a great impact and outcome of development psychology, diet and exercise in patients with psoriasis.The conventional therapy of Positive psychological intervention, reasonable diet, physical exercise measures on patients with psoriasis have a multiplier effect.
