【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔鏡与开放手术治疗右半结肠癌的远期疗效。方法：将本研究所选右半结肠癌手术患者随机分为对照组(传统开放手术)与研究组(腹腔镜手术)，评判标准：远期并发症、转移复发情况及远期生存率。结果：研究组远期并发症发生率明显低于对照组，P0.05。结论：总体来讲，腹腔镜手术远期疗效优于传统开放手术。
