  【摘 要】 目的 分析华素片对鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应所致疼痛的影响。方法 将27例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分为对照组(13例)和治疗组(14例)，对照组予以常规口腔护理，治疗组予以常规口腔护理和含服华素片治疗，放疗后进行数字疼痛强度分级法(NRS)评定。结果 华素片组放疗后疼痛程度评分为2.793±0.724，对照组放疗后疼痛程度评分为3.585±0.851。结论 华素片能减轻放疗期间口腔黏膜反应的疼痛程度。

 【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of cydiodin on pain caused by oral mucosa reaction during radiotherapy. Methods27 NPC patients were randomized into treatment group (14 cases) and control group (13cases). Patients of control group received daily regular oral cavity nursing, and patients of treatment group used cydiodin and received daily regular oral cavity nursing. The pain degree was estimated with NRS after radiotherapy. ResultsThe score of pain of treatment group was 2.793±0.724 after radiotherapy, and the score of pain of control group was 3.585±0.851. ConclusionCydiodin can reduce the pain caused by oral mucosa reaction during radiotherapy.
