 随着人们生活水平的提高及生活方式的改变,特别是体力活动不足,饮食结构不合理,非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的发病率呈逐年上升、发病年龄年轻化的趋势。NAFL已成为我国常见的慢性肝病之一[1]。有研究表明,NAFL与代谢综合征(MS)关系密切,脂肪肝为其组分之一[2]。本研究通过对来我院健康体检的7 156名体检者的体检资料进行分析,探讨NAFL的患病率及与MS的关系。
