 【摘要】 目的 探讨白血病患者长期生存的相关因素,提出合理的综合性治疗方案。方法 回顾性分析28例5年以上无病生存并停止化疗的恶性血液病的治疗相关预后因素。结果:本组28例,长期生存(LFS)最短5年,最长8年(ANNL-M3型1例),中位LFS 6年,其中20例达到治愈。结论 准确的诊断,采用循证医学原理进行合理化综合治疗,严格随访与跟踪对于提高患者LFS和生活质量意义重大。

 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the associated prognosis factors of Leukemia,and rational management scheme.Methods 28cases with Leukemia were retrospectively analysed.Results Of 28cases,LFS 5～8 years,median 6years,20cases of them were cured completely.Conclusion Correct diagnosis,evidence-based medication,comprehensive management and strictly follow up were performed would be valuable on LFS and quality of life of the Leukemia.
