 【摘要】 目的 探讨针灸治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法 随机分组治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用穴位针刺治疗,对照组采用传统的青霉素和激素治疗。结果 治疗组治愈41例,显效6例,有效2例,无效1例;总有效率98%;对照组50例,显效8例,有效18例,无效24例,总有效率48%。结论 学针灸治疗可使面神经产生兴奋,增强肌肉收缩,缓解血管痉挛,改善局部的淋巴和血液循环,改善受损面神经和面肌营养状况,促进面神经炎的消除和水肿的吸收,从而有利于受损面神经功能的恢复。
