 【摘要】盆腔炎是包括盆腔生殖器官、子宫体部、输卵管、卵巢及盆腔腹膜与子宫周围结缔组织的炎症。近年来盆腔炎的发病率有上升趋势,其病因也日趋复杂,本文通过对32例盆腔炎的临床分析,旨在对引起盆腔炎的病因及发病机制进行探讨,以降低盆腔炎的发生率,减少其产生的危害性。

 【Abstract】Pelvic inflammatory disease include pelvic genital organs, uterine body, fallopian tubes, ovaries and pelvic peritoneal inflammation of connective tissue around the uterus. The incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease in recent years a rising trend, its causes are becoming increasingly complex, Based on the clinical analysis of 32 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease to cause pelvic inflammatory disease on the etiology and pathogenesis are discussed, in order to reduce the incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease, reduce the harm produced.
