 【摘要】目的：总结经皮穿刺射频消融结合臭氧注射治疗颈椎病的手术护理体会。方法：对2008年8月-2010年12月92例颈椎病患者在局麻下行经皮穿刺射频消融治疗结合臭氧注射，进行术前、术中和术后护理。结果：本组92例均获3月～半年随访，手术效果以临床症状和体征改善为主要判断标准，88例效果明显，3例效果不佳，但近期治疗效果均有明显改善。结论：加强重视的术前、术中和术后护理，可提高患者对手术的适应性，取得满意手术效果。

 【Abstract】Object: The surgical care of cervical syndrome treated by prcutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone injection. Methods: 92 cases of cervical syndrome from Aug 2008 to Noe 2012 were deal with Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone injection operation, to summarize the nursing pro-, in-, and after-operation. Results: All of those cases were follow-up for 3-6 months, curative effect was judged by clinical symptom and signe, then, 88 cases obviously released, 3 cases take a unfavorable turn, but there is a obviously imorovment in the near future. Conclusion: consummate nursing of pro-, in- and after-operation may made the patiens more adaptability, and the effectiveness of operation will be more perfect. ......
