 【摘要】目的 探讨手术治疗前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的方法及效果；方法 回顾性分析我院2010年7月至2011年我院收治的前列腺增生症(BPH)合并膀胱结石患者28例的临床资料；结果 患者手术后的恢复愈合状况良好；结论 手术治疗前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石安全有效，手术成功的关键是熟练掌握技术。

 Surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones clinical observation

 【Abstract】Objective To study the surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones methods and results; Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in July 2010 to 2011 in our hospital with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and bladder stones in 28 patients with clinical data ; results were in good condition after surgery to restore healing; Conclusion Surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones safe and effective, key to successful operation is highly skilled.
