 【摘要】目的 评价超声引导下经皮对肺周围型病变穿刺活检诊断价值及安全性。方法 在超声引导下，应用自动穿刺活检枪对病灶进行组织切割，以明确病变的性质。结果 穿刺32例患者，32例获得组织标本，穿刺成功率100%；31例病理明确诊断，诊断准确率96.9%；1例病理诊断未分型；术后，有2例并发气胸，9例咯血，无1例死亡及外科紧急手术处理的严重并发症。结论 超声引导下经皮对肺周围型病变穿刺活检是明确肺周围型病变性质的有效、安全及快捷的方法。
