 【摘要】灵芝多糖是灵芝的主要抗癌活性成分，其抗癌机理并不完全清楚。现有的研究显示，灵芝多糖的抗癌作用与其免疫调节功能密切相关，即免疫调节是灵芝多糖的抗癌机制之一。有关灵芝多糖的其它抗癌机制有待于进一步研究。
