【摘要】中国的医药卫生市场在中国加入WTO后出现了很大的变化。国家为了于国际接轨，对国家的医药市场提出了一些新的要求和措施，例如非处方药物于处方药物的分类管理于出售制度，而医院药房为了与社会药店公平竞争，就必须要进行相应的改革，使用适当的措施以应对市场的变化。同时，随着社会的进步和人们对自身健康情况的重视，对医院的医疗水平和医院药房也有了更高的评判标准。所以，我们认为医院的西药房应该根据自身的实际情况，发挥自己的优势，使药品的供应得到改善，并且引进国际的先进计算机系统和现代化的管理制度，从而更好的适应各个方面的竞争。
