 【摘要】 目的:探讨甲氨喋呤(MTX)联合中药宫外孕Ⅱ号方加味治疗异位妊娠的疗效及安全性。方法97例未破裂型异位妊娠患者采用MTX联合中药宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗，总有效率达92.78% (90/97)，结论:MTX联合中药宫外孕Ⅱ号方保守治疗异位妊娠，方法简便，疗效高，疗程短，不良反应小，可保留生育功能，患者易于接受，尤其值得基层医院推广应用。

 【Abstract】Objective: explore methotrexate ( MTX ) combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy of the effect and safety of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 97 cases of unruptured ectopic pregnancy treated by MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy II, the total effective rate was 92.78% ( 90 / 97 ), conclusion: MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine on side of ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, the method is simple, high curative effect, short course of treatment, adverse reactions, which can preserve fertility, the patients are easy to accept, especially its worth spreading in primary hospital.
