 【摘要】目的 探讨隐形义齿在牙列缺损修复中的适应症，临床疗效。方法 对186例牙列缺损的患者用隐形义齿修复后，随访3年以上。结果 :对186例患者208件修复成功率91.35%，失败率8.65%。结论 隐形义齿美观、舒适，修复成功率高，患者主观感觉适应，为活动牙列缺损时的较佳选择。
