 【摘要】目的：总结了30例腹主动脉瘤手术前后的护理。方法：根据疾病的特点，术前应做好充分准备，稳定血压，严防动脉瘤破裂。术后严密观察患者病情变化，严防并发症，及早采取有效预防措施等有效护理。结果：30例手术治疗均顺利完成，术后均治愈，无严重并发症。结论：腹主动脉瘤围手术期的精心护理能够确保手术成功，减少并发症的发生。

 The Perioperative Nursing for 30 Cases of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

 【Abstract 】Objective ：To summarize special perioperative nursing for 30 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods：According to the characteristics of disease, should be fully prepared before surgical operation, To maintain blood pressure steady, severely prevent aneurysm rupture. To give effective nurse-care to close observate the patient's condition changes, severely prevent complications, early take effective preventive measures after surgical operation. Results：30 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysm are completed successfully, postoperative were cured, and no serious complications.
