 【摘要】目的 探讨手术中麻醉护士配合麻醉医生进行麻醉操作和术中管理病人的体会。 方法 610例手术分为有麻醉护士配合麻醉医生工作的麻醉护士组(330例)和无麻醉护士参与其中的对照组(280例)。麻醉护士组的病人在围术期均有麻醉护士参与护理工作。记录两组病人从进入手术室到麻醉操作完成、麻醉效果满意所需的时间。结果 麻醉护士组麻醉操作时间显著缩短。麻醉并发症均在早期发现并给予及时处理。结论 麻醉护士配合麻醉医生进行麻醉操作和协助麻醉医生术中管理病人， 可以减少麻醉操作所需时间，有利于麻醉医生安全高效地开展工作, 有效保障病人术中生命安全。

 【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the assisting role and effects of anesthesia nurses during anesthesia procedure and peri-operative management of anesthesiologists. Methods 610 patients were divided into two groups: Anesthesia nurse group (330 cases, anesthesia nurses acting peri-operatively) and Control group(280 cases, no anesthesia nurses participated in).
