 【摘要】 目的：探讨晚期胃癌切除治疗的手术指征和疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院自2006年1月至2011年1月手术治疗的36例晚期胃癌患者的临床资料，对不同性质的手术治疗结果进行分析。结果：36例患者中行联合脏器切除23例，姑息性切除13例;联合脏器切除组1、2、3年的生存率分别为：86.9%、43.5%、26.1%;姑息性切除组1、2、3年生存率分别为：46.2%、30.8%、7.7%; 两组间比较有显著性差异。结论：晚期胃癌切除治疗是可行的，只要情况允许，应尽可能行切除手术。

 Resection of advanced gastric cancer efficacy of the treatment

 【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the operaticalsignificance and effective of combined multiple organs resection in treatment of late gastric carcinoma. Method： The clinical data of 36 cases late gastric carcinoma treated in our hospital from Jan. 2000to Jan. 2005were analysed retrospectively .The effects of different kinds of operations were analyzed. Result： Combined multiple organs resection were 23 cases,palliative carcinoma resection were 13 casesamong 36 cases in treatment of late gastric carcinoma.The 1-year,2-year and 3-year survival rate in group with combined multipleorgans resection were 86.9%,43.5% and 26.1%,group with palliative resection were 46.2%,30.8% and 7.7%.There were significant differences among two groups. Conclusion： Combined multiple organs resection is practicable in curative therapy for late gastric carcinoma.If permission,combined multiple organs resection should be chosen.  ......
