 【摘要】目的 探讨干扰素联合咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 选择110例尖锐湿疣患者，随机分为两组，治疗组采用咪喹莫特乳膏联合干扰素注射治疗，对照组单纯采用咪喹莫特乳膏治疗，比较两组治疗临床疗效。结果 治疗组55例，痊愈39例；对照组55例，痊愈27例，两组痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.4545，P=0.0195)。治疗组55例，复发9例；对照组55例，复发20例，两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.6662，P=0.0173)。结论 采用干扰素联合咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣收到了很好的效果。
