 【摘要】目的 探讨健康宣教在胸外科手术患者护理中的重要性；方法 收集2008年1月~2010年5月期间在我院进行胸外手术治疗的58例患者在手术过程中进行健康宣教，记录其临床护理资料进行回顾性分析；结果 58例患者经过指导治疗，患者能战胜术前恐惧、术后疼痛和排痰困难，恢复良好，痊愈出院；结论 科学合理的对胸外科手术患者进行健康宣教，可增强患者及其家属的对病情的认知和信心，对患者的手术康复起到积极的作用，值得临床推广。
