【摘要】目的：对以腹痛为主要表现的主动脉夹层患者的发病机制，临床特征和诊治进行分析和总结。方法：对3例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：3例患者在接受如文中所述的治疗后均逐渐缓解出院，且随访未见不良结果。结论：在对主动脉夹层进行确诊前腰注意排除心梗的可能，并尽快进行治疗，从而为患者的生命安全提供更多的保障。

Abdominal aortic dissection in patients with clinical observation
Abstract: Objective: The main manifestations of abdominal pain in patients with aortic dissection pathogenesis, clinical features and treatment were analyzed and summarized. Methods: The clinical data of 3 patients were analyzed. Results: 3 patients received treatment as described in the text are gradually easing after discharge, and follow-up no adverse results. Conclusion: The diagnosis of aortic dissection were attacking midfielder to rule out the possibility of myocardial infarction and treated as soon as possible to the life and safety to patients to provide more protection.
