 【摘要】消毒供应中心的工作人员在日常的工作中存在工作人员自我保护意识差，法制观念淡薄；工作人员专业知识欠缺；工作流程中存在下收下发、清洗、包装、存放等；护理记录不规范等风险，针对上述风险应加加强护理风险教育，提高安全意识，规范各种医疗记录，加强专科知识培训等防范打措施，以降低在消毒供应中心工作中的风险，杜绝护理纠纷的发生。

 【 Abstract 】in sterilization and supply center staff in the day-to-day work of the existing staff awareness of self protection, legal idea is thin; the staff of professional knowledge; work flow in the presence of hair, washing, packing, it deposited; nursing records of risk, the risk should be added to strengthen the nursing risk education, enhance the consciousness of safety, standard all sorts of medical records, to strengthen the professional knowledge training and other preventive measures to reduce the hit, in sterilization and supply center in risk, to prevent nursing disputes.
