 【摘要】肝脏大部分切除是治疗原发性肝癌的手段之一，此类手术高危险，术后并发症较多且死亡率也较高。以下介绍15例接受肝脏大部切除患者的护理。手术前首先应该做好其他各大脏器的评估，如心脏、肝功能、肾脏、肺脏等器官的功能。其次要做好患者的心理护理。手术后的护理主要是在ICU病房的严密生命体征的观察，观察有无出血，及各种管道的观察护理，如有无肝功衰竭，肺部有无感染，有无胸腔积液等并发症的发生。本组患者无一人死亡，胆管成角1例，腹水2例，膈下积液3例，但经积极抢救后康复出院。总结经验认为术前后的严密观察及护理对于患者的康复很重要。

 【 abstract 】 liver most resection is one of the treatment of primary liver cancer, such surgery means high risk, the postoperative complications and death rates have more higher. The following 15 cases accepted introduced the most patients with liver resection of nursing. Before surgery first should be prepared to other major organs such as the heart, the evaluation, such as liver, kidneys, lungs organ function. Secondly, we should do patients psychological care. After the operation in ICU nurse basically is the vital signs of strict ward observed, without bleeding, and various observe the observation care, such as pipeline without liver failure, without infection, or lungs pleural effusion etc complications. No deaths, group patients into Angle, 1 case biliary ascites fluid in 2 cases, 3 cases under the diaphragm via active rescue, but recovered and released. After summing up the experience of close observation that preoperative nursing of patients and to recover is very important. ......
