 【摘要】 目的：探讨我院治疗急进性肾炎的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院肾内科2006年2月至2008年10月收治的28例急进性肾炎患者的临床资料，观察治疗效果。结果：27例患者采用综合的治疗方法坚持治疗后，检查患者的24h尿量均增至1L以上，尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣红细胞计数均有一定程度下降，病情明显有所缓解；1例患者治疗后肾功能无好转，需长期依赖透析治疗。结论：通过及时诊断，采用综合的治疗方法，急进性肾炎的预后有了明显改善。

 【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of the treatment to Rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis in our hospital. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed in 28 cases of Rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis from February 2006 to October 2008, investigate the effect of the treatment.Results: during the treatment, 27 cases of Rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis patients's urine volume ?increase to 1 L. 24hrUprV and Erythrocytes in urinary sediment are decrease , The patient's condition is improving. 1 case need long time Dialysis treatmentbecause of Kidney Failure. Conclusion: patients of Rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis were improved ,If the RPGN patients can be diagnosed in time treated acfivdy and logically. ......
