 【摘要】目的：分析研究胃癌根治术后胃瘫综合征的发生原因、临床诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析2008年3月至2011年3月期间在我院行胃癌根治术后出现胃瘫的16例患者的临床资料。结果：16例患者经胃肠减压，营养支持，维持水电解质代谢平衡，并应用促进胃肠蠕动的药物及中西医结合治疗等非手术治疗后，均于1～5周内治愈。结论：胃瘫综合征的发生与多种因素有关，临床表现和胃肠道造影有利于本病的诊断，综合保守治疗一般均可治愈，应避免再次手术。
