 【摘要】目的 探索缓解或减轻晚期食道癌病人食道梗阻痛苦的方法。方法 通过临床观察和查阅文献，对抗生素治疗食道癌性狭窄进行综合分析和归纳。结果 抗生素治疗晚期食道癌病人食道的继发感染，病人食道梗阻的痛苦有所减轻。结论 这种治疗模式比较适合于基层医院以及患者病情和经济境况较差的情况。

 【Abstract】objective to explore the ease or reduce esophageal cancer patients late esophageal obstruction method of pain. Methods the clinical observation and review of the literature to antibiotic therapy of esophageal cancer narrow comprehensively summarized and analyzed. Results the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer patients antibiotics esophagus secondary infection, the patient esophageal obstruction to ease the pain. Conclusion the treatment model is suitable for basic-level hospitals and patients condition and economic situation is bad.
