【摘 要】目的：分析针灸联合康复训练应用于脑卒中偏瘫治疗中的效果。方法：于我院2017年1月～2017年12月脑卒中偏瘫患者中选取70例，对照组行康复训练，于对照组基础上对观察组患者进行针灸治疗，对比两组干预效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组。结论：针灸联合康复训练能改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能，提高日常生活能力。
