【摘 要】目的：分析铝碳酸镁、兰索拉唑联用对幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡的治疗效果、安全性。方法：选取我院收治的幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者96例分为治疗组和对照组各48例，治疗组铝碳酸镁联合兰索拉唑治疗，对照组兰索拉唑治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率95.83%高于对照组总有效率70.83%，各症状恢复时间较对照组缩短，P0.05。结论：铝碳酸镁、兰索拉唑联用治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡效果显著，安全性高。
