【摘 要】目的：研究比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析2017年2月-2018年2月在我院诊治的142例老年不稳定心绞痛患者临床资料，依据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组各71例，对照组采用辛伐他汀治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合比索洛尔治疗，对比两组临床疗效和相关指标。结果：观察组总有效率95.77%高于对照组70.42%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定心绞痛效果显著，发作次数减少，且临床不良反应少，用药安全，值得临床推广和应用。
