 1 病例

 患者，男，1948年生，2015年8月23日因突发胸痛90分钟被阳江市人民医院收入院。既往史：20年前有心肌梗死病史，未规律予冠心病二级预防处理；有高血压病史2年，收缩压最高达160mmHg，平素不规则控制血压及用药；有高血脂病史多年，具体数值不祥，平素不规则服用辛伐他丁控制血脂；吸烟史20余年，抽水烟，戒烟20年。查体：神清，BP120/85mmHg ......
