摘要：药剂科是医院中的重要科室，它的职责是负责采购、保管、供应以及临床用药等。为了使医院药剂科跟紧时代潮流，逐渐从供应型向临床应用型转变，就要通过增加对药剂科的重视、完善规章制度、强化临床药学工作以及电子化沟通等措施，来改变当前医院药剂科人员水平不一、管理模式落后、医院重视度低等现状，从而提高医院药剂科的综合管理水平，并且更好的为患者服务。
