摘要：目的：对比分析股骨近端解剖锁定钢板(PFLCP)与股骨近端防旋髓内针(PFNA) 治疗老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 2010.01～2012 .10间我科采用PFLCP治疗老年不稳定性转子间骨折30例，采用PFNA 治疗34例，随访观察其愈合过程及功能恢复情况。结果 所有患者均获随访， 时间12～36个月， 平均28.1个月。两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、手术失败率方面差异有统计学意义( P0.05) 。结论：在老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的治疗中， PFNA 具有操作简单、手术时间短、出血量少、术后并发症少等优点， 可作为优先选择的内固定材料。
