摘要：中西医结合发展的今天，怎样联用中西药才能增强疗效、避免产生不良反应，达到合理用药的目的，已经成为困扰临床医师的问题，也是临床药师研究的重要内容。本文将就不恰当的中西药联用时药物所发生的理化性质的改变、药理变化，导致药物的治疗效果的降低、毒性反应的增加等问题进行总结讨论。
