【摘要】目的探讨相关因素对乳腺癌术后复发转移的影响,为改善个体化综合治疗、提高术后生存率提供依据。方法回顾性分析长沙县妇幼保健院2001年8月-2006年8月间收治的女性乳腺癌初治病例中术后5年内复发转移患者与5年以上无复发生存患者的10项临床资料,采用Logistic进行单因素和多因素回归分析。结果logistic多因素分析显示淋巴结状态、肿瘤分期、激素受体状态及内分泌治疗是影响术后复发转移独立因素,其中激素受体状态及内分泌治疗是其保护因素。结论早期诊断、规范化和兼顾个体化综合治疗模式是降低乳腺癌术后复发转移的关键。
