 【摘要】本文报告120例流行性脑炎的护理,主要措施是及时降温,合理使用脱水剂,保持呼吸道通畅,控制抽搐,防治脑疝、呼吸衰竭的发生。通过护理后深深体会到流行性脑炎的高热是主要矛盾,降温是关键,控制和减少抽搐是重要的环节,做好健康教育及心理护理是不可的工作。【关键词】乙脑;护理

 【Abstract】This text reports the nursing of 120 cases of epidemic encephalitis, the main measure is to lower the temperature in time, use dehydrated pharmaceutical rationally, keep the respiratory tracts unobstructed, control and twitch, prevent and cure brain hernia, breathe depleted emergence. Realize deeply the hyperpyrexia of the epidemic encephalitis is a principal contradiction after through attending to, drop in the temperature key, control and reduce, it twitches to be important link, do health education and work that psychology can't it attends to to be well.
