【摘要】目的 观察康复按摩对剖宫产术后产妇泌乳的影响,方法 将463例剖宫产产妇随机分为试验组232例,对照组231例,试验组产妇在接受常规护理的同时施予康复按摩,对照组只接受常规护理,观察两组产妇泌乳情况进行比较。结果 试验组产妇乳汁分泌明显优于对照组。结论 康复按摩可促进剖宫产产妇身心主动康复,促进其早泌乳,多泌乳,提高纯母乳喂养率,确保产科护理质量,值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective To observe effects to lactopoiesis of parturient of recovery massaging.Methods 463 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into 232 cases in test group and23 cases in control group.Patients in the control group only received the routine nursing care, and patients in the experimental group received recovery massaging plus the routine nursing care, to compare milk serection of both groups.Rusults Milk serection of experimental group were apparently higher than the control group.Conclusion Recovery massaging can promote active rehabilitation of physical and psychological for parturients after cesarean section, to promote the early lactation, morelactation, increase pure breast-feeding rate ,to ensure the quality of obstetric care andworth for popularization ......
