 目的：观察双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊干预治疗母乳性黄疸的疗效观察。

 方法：选取72例母乳性黄疸患儿随机分为2组，治疗组36例，给予双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊口服治疗(每日2次，每次1粒)5天为一疗程。对照组36例，仅予一般对症治疗，疗程亦为5天。治疗前后分别测得胆红素浓度，并予以比较。结果：治疗组胆红素浓度下降幅度明显高于对照组。

 结论：双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊干预治疗母乳性黄疸效果佳，且省时省力，经济实惠。
