摘要：养生保健按摩是以医学理论为指导，适用于各种不同的手法或手的代替物刺激人体体表的一定部位或穴位，以提高和改善人体生理功能，消除疲劳和防治疾病的一种方法。本文结合文献资料简述中医养生保健按摩的作用，以期为实践提供参考依据。

 Abstract：Health care massage on medical theory as the instruction，certain parts of the body surface or substitute stimulation of acupoint is suitable for various techniques or the hand，to enhance and improve the human body physiology function， a method of eliminating fatigue and preventing diseases.This paperbriefly describes the traditional Chinese medicine health care massage function， so as to provide reference for the practice.
