  【摘要】目的：观察复方苦参注射液对晚期肺癌的临床疗效与kps评分的影响。方法：随机选取56例晚期肺癌患者，静脉滴注复方苦参注射液，观察近期肿瘤客观疗效，生活质量。结果：复方苦参注射液治疗肿瘤的近期稳定率为59.0%%；治疗后较治疗前KPS评分提高26例(35.7%)，稳定40例(64.3%)。结论：复方苦参注射液单独使用对晚期肺癌的有较好的疗效，且可以改善患者生存质量。
