  摘要：目的：了解高校在职女教工的健康状况，发现女教职工妇科疾病的患病情况，提高她们的健康水平。方法：对参加普查的女教职工进行妇科内诊、宫颈脱落细胞涂片检查(巴氏法)辅以B超检查。对发现疾病的女教职工给予及时治疗及疗效追踪。结果：宫颈炎的患病率均居首位，2次普查结果显示，发现宫颈炎、阴道炎、附件及盆腔炎等妇科疾病的总体患病率呈下降趋势，但是子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿的患病率呈上升趋势。结论：加强妇女病的普查。定期体检，做到早期诊断、早治疗，加强生殖道感染的干预预防，缓解心理压力，保持心情舒畅，提高女教职工的健康水平。

 Abstract:Objective:Understood the university in office female teachers and administration staffs state of health,discovered female teaching and administrative staff gynecology department disease is sick the situation,raises their health standard.Methods:To the female teaching and administrative staff who participates in the general survey carries on in the gynecology department to examine,the cervix of the uterus falls off the cell smear inspection (Pakistan law) auxiliary by the B ultra inspection.To discovered disease the female teaching and administrative staff gives the prompt treatment and curative effect tracing.Results:The cervicitis prevalence rate occupies the first place,2 general survey results showed,discovered gynecology department disease and so on cervicitis,vaginitis,appendix and pelvic inflammatory disease overall prevalence rates assume the drop tendency,but fibroid,the ovary cyst prevalence rate assumes the trend of escalation.Conclusion:Enhancement female disease general survey.The regular physical examination,achieves the early diagnosis,treats early,the enhancement genital tract infection intervention prevention,the alleviation pressure,the maintenance has ease of mind,raises the female teaching and administrative staffs health standard.

 妇女病普查普治是妇女保健工作的重要内容之一，对妇女疾病起到早预防、早发现、早治疗，降低其发病率及提高疗效有着重要的意义。高校女职工处在竞争非常激烈的环境中，精神紧张、心理压力大，易导致内分泌失调。学院十分重视女教职工的健康情况，每2年对在职女教职工进行妇女病普查，现对学院近2次妇科病普查相关数据进行了分析，具体总结如下。

 1 资料与方法

 1.1 一般资料。2006年12月、2008年12月分别2次学院对在职职工进行健康体检，其中2006年共查女职工320人，2008年共查348人，年龄均在23~55岁。

 1.2 普查内容和方法。有我院妇科医师对普查对象逐一询问病史，按常规妇科检查用窥阴器观察阴道、宫颈情况，常规做宫颈涂片和 B超检查，双合诊了解子宫、附件情况。

 1.3 诊断标准。按照高等医药院校教材《妇产科学》第5版的诊断标准。

 2 结果

 2.1 2006年普查320人，患病122人，患病率为38.1%。2008年普查348人。患病116人，患病率33.3%。妇科疾病检出情况见附表。

 2.2 2次普查各妇科疾病的患病率。

 总体来看，宫颈糜烂在2006、2008年度的体检检出率均位居首位 ......
